Negative Declaration

Onondaga County - The Village of Solvay, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption by the Village of Solvay of Local Law No. 4 for the year 2000 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves Adoption by the Village of Solvay of Local Law No. 4 for the year 2000, which Local Law relates to Adult Uses within the Village of Solvay. The project affects all the lands located within the Village of Solvay.

Conditioned Negative Declaration

Oswego County - The Town of Scriba Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Seneca Hill Water System Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact provided specific conditions are met. There will be a 30-day public comment commencing with the date of this notice. The action involves the formation of the Seneca Hill Water District Extension No. 1, the installation of an 8-inch ductile iron water main along Dutch Ridge road, and a booster pump station along CR 57. The project is located on Dutch Ridge Road and near the intersection of CR 57 and Churchill Road.

Public Scoping

Onondaga County - The Town of Salina Town Board, as lead agency called for a public scoping session to be held on August 30, 2000 at the Salina Town Hall, 201 School Road, Liverpool, New York at 4:00 p.m on the Positive Declaration for the Summerwood Development Corp. which was previously published in the July 21, 2000 issue of the ENB. The action involves the request for a zone change from R-0 district (Open Land) to 0-1 (Professional Office district) on 33 acres of land to construct medical office buildings. The project is located at the corner of Hopkins Road and Buckley Road in the Town of Salina.
