Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to install a complete water supply and distribution system to serve the Westbury Water Supply Service Area, and take a supply of water with an estimated average of 0.125 million gallons per day for use in this system by a connection to existing facilities of the Wayne County Water and Sewer Authority. The proposal includes the installation of approximately 1900 Lineal Feet (LF) of 8" and 12" water mains along Westbury/Victory Road (West-East) up to the bridge (1500') and South along Westbury Road (aka County Line Road) for 400'.
