Project Description:
 THE APPLICANT PROPOSES TO PLACE GRAVEL IN APPROXIMATELY 190 FEET OF AN EXISTING ROAD LOCATED WITHIN THE 100 FOOT ADJACENT AREA OF FRESHWATER WETLAND CM-14, A CLASS III WETLAND. THE APPLICANT ALSO PROPOSES TO CONSTRUCT APPROXIMATELY 70 FEET OF A NEW GRAVEL ROAD WITHIN THE SAME WETLAND ADJACENT AREA. THE PURPOSE IS TO CONSTRUCT A DRIVEWAY FOR A SINGLE FAMILY HOME, WELL AND SEPTIC SYSTEM TO BE CONSTRUCTED OUTSIDE THE WETLAND AND ITS 100 FOOT ADJACENT AREA. THE PROJECT IS LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF TURKEY HILL ROAD, NEAR ITS INTERSECTION WITH SALISBURY ROAD.

Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to modify a portion of the adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland O-14 (Class II) to construct a common paved driveway in order to access two single family residences. The total area of disturbance to the adjacent area is 0.02 acre. The project is located adjacent to the western side of the Taconic State Parkway at the intersection of Old Chappaqua Road in the Town of Mount Pleasant, Westchester County.
