Negative Declaration

Cayuga County - The New York State Department of Transportation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Route 5 Auburn-Sennett Reconstruction Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the rehabilitation of 3.2 km of pavement on Route 5 and install 1.6 km of closed drainage, replace seven deficient culverts, rehabilitate two culverts and rehabilitate the remaining open drainage. The project is located in the Town of Sennett.

Onondaga County - The Town of Lafayette Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Corrective Legislation to correct Town Zoning Map, AR to B, Route 11 north of Town Hall, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves correction to Zoning Map adopted in April, 2000 which inadvertently changed zoning class on subject property. The project is located in the Town of La Fayette, bounded on the west by NYS Route 81, on the east by NYS Route 11.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS and Public Hearing

Onondaga County - The Town of Manlius, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Kirkwood Park Zone Change. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on September 20, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. at the East Syracuse-Minoa High School, Fremont Road, East Syracuse. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until October 2, 2000. The action involves a proposed change of zone of 47 acres of vacant land from Restricted Agricultural to Industrial and Commercial "B" to create an 80 acre business/commerce park. The project is located on Kirkville Road, Town of Manlius.
