Negative Declaration

Westchester County - The Village of Rye Brook Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Reckson Office Park Phase III will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an amended site plan and wetlands permit approval to construct a 280,000 square foot office building and approximately 1,120 parking spaces. The project is located at 1100 King Street, Rye Brook, Westchester County.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Orange County - The Planning Board of the Village of Goshen, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed CVS Rosen Associates. The action involves the construction of a 9,100 s.f. retail facility on a 1.435 acre site identified as Village of Goshen tax lots 112-12-7, 8 and 18. The project is located on Greenwich Avenue, Village of Goshen.

Putnam County - The Town of Carmel Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Carmel Corporate Center. The action involves the subdivision of the 110-acre subject site into17 commercial/industrial parcels. The subdivision will result in the construction of certain infrastructure (roads and utilities). The applicant is proposing a "master plan" for the development of the property which establishes certain thresholds and limitations for the future development of the proposed individual parcels. The project is located within the Town of Carmel, Putnam County, between Route 6 and Stoneleigh Avenue, and the surrounding residential areas.

Rockland County - The Town of Ramapo Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Monroe Mansion Residential Health Care Facility. The action involves the construction of a 120-bed nursing home facility and an adult day care center for 25 adults on a 12.6-acre parcel. The project is located at 200 Viola Road, Town of Ramapo.

Westchester County - The Town of New Castle Planning Board and the Town of North Castle Planning Board, as lead agencies, have accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Hammond Ridge Residential Subdivision. The action involves the approval of a subdivision plat, wetlands permit, steep slope permit and tree removal permit by the New Castle Planning Board and approval of a subdivision plat and wetlands permit by the North Castle Planning Board for a proposed 36-lot, single-family residential subdivision. The property proposed to be subdivided comprises approximately 220.5 acres. The project is located within the R-2A Two-Acre Residence District of New Castle and North Castle.
