Suffolk County - The Town Board of the Town of Southampton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Community Preservation Fund Program will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the acquisition of permanent interests in land for open space preservation purposes. The project is located at various locations throughout the Town of Southampton to be determined from time to time.

Nassau County - The Board of Trustees Incorporated Village of Upper Brookville, as lead agency, has called a public hearing on the proposed Adoption of Local Law 1-2000 entitled "Code of the Village of Upper Brookville." The public hearing will be held at the Planting Fields Arboretum, Volunteer Center, on Planting Fields Road in the Village of Upper Brookville, on Tuesday, September 19, 2000 at 6:00 p.m., to consider the enactment of the proposed local law.
