The project involves upgrading the facility's wastewater treatment plant by constructing a new aeration lagoon, re-aeration and equalization pond, dosing tank, blower building, and sludge digester and sludge drying beds. The project is located on a private access drive west of Mohonk Road (County Route 6), 500 feet south of Clove Road in the Town of Marbletown, Ulster County.
