Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to reconstruct in-place a 369 foot wave screen encompassing an existing boat basin, reconstruct a 5 foot by 369 foot open pile deck over the wave screen and dredge a 15 foot by 20 foot area at the entrance channel of a basin to a depth of -3 feet below mean low water. The dredge material will be placed on the adjacent beach 20 feet from mean high water.
