Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to fill and shape two sections (approximately 100 ln. ft. each) of eroded streambank, up and downstream of an existing driveway bridge, using material removed from a gravel bar at the same location and install broken concrete riprap to further protect the streambanks and bridge abutments from erosion. The project site is at the applicant's property, 8597 County Road 40, along Tributary 17 of Dodge Creek, approximately 3,500 feet northeast of the intersection of County Road 40 and Stewart Road.

Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to realign County Road 60, South Nine Mile Road, at the Christopher Place intersection, in order to eliminate a blind curve. To improve the site distance from 220 feet to 450 feet, the curve radius will be changed from 380 feet to 1,348 feet. The new road alignment will result in the filling of approximately 17,860 square feet (0.4 acre) of regulated Freshwater Wetland No. KC-15. The wetland is located on both sides of the highway, with a culvert connecting the two parts. The project includes maintaining the wetland connection by relocating the culvert and creating approximately 6,534 square feet (0.15 acre) of replacement wetland where the road is currently located. The project site is located along an approximate 1,300 foot section of County Road 60, between NYS Rt. 17 and Klices Cross Road.

Project Description:
 The proposal is to install a total of 500 lineal feet of cabled tree revetments and remove up to 440 cubic yards of gravel from the stream at two locations in Clear Creek. The gravel will be used for fill behind the tree revetments as well as to improve farm lanes on adjacent property. The revetments are necessary to stabolize eroding streambanks and protect an existing home. The project is located at Clear Creek Class C (TS), on the east side of NY Rt. 98 approximately one and 1/4 miles South of NY Rt. 39.
