Project Description:
 The applicant proposes a USDA-Natural Resource Conservation Service Wetland Reserve Program project on his property in the Town of Lima. The project site is an area adjoining NYS wetland HF-1, north of State Rts 5&20, approximately 3,500 ft. north of the York Street intersection. Excavation in the wetland and adjacent area will create 15 potholes, with a total area of +/-2 acres. Some excavated spoils will be used to construct a 200 L.F. x 6 ft. high earthen berm to impound a 1.5 acre area to permanent open water. Excess material will be removed to adjoining upland woods or placed in low mounds within the wetland. All disturbed soils will be re-seeded with an approved cool season grass mixture.

 Applicant proposes to constrcut a 720 ft. trail using both boardwalk construction and wood chips from his residence to his waterfront on Lake Ontario. The trail is within NYS Freshwater Wetland PM-2 (I), the 100 ft. adjacent area, and Coastal Erosion Natural Protective Feature Area. He also proposes to install a pool at the existing residence partially within the 100 ft. adjacent area. Project is located at 24 North Shore Drive. As part of the consideration of this and other potential development within this subdivision a conservation easement was granted to the Town of Parma within Wetland PM-2.

Project Description:
 RG&E proposes construction of +/-12,000 L.F. of 16-inch gas transmission line, a portion of which will be within the adjacent area of NYS regulated wetland OG-21. The project site is an existing electric utility right-of-way corridor west of Manitou Road, approximately 1,800 ft. south of Shepard Road. Work in the regulated area would be done by tracked equipment standard for this type of utility installation. The maximum width of the disturbed area is anticipated to be no greater than 20 feet. Excess material will not be disposed of in any regulated area. All disturbed soils will be stabilized and re-vegetated after construction has been completed.

Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to operate and expand a previously permitted unconsolidated sand and gravel mine. The mine will operate as a traditional surface extraction of the Howard gravelly loam soils which are the predominate soil types at this site. Excavation will be by mechanical equipment standard for these types of mining operations. Processing by a portable crusher will occur as needed at the site. Final reclamation will restore the site to graded, stabilized and revegetated conditions. The life-of-mine area is 6.8 acres. The mine is located east of SR 53 in the Town of Bath. Application materials are available for public review and comment at the Regional Office of NYS DEC.
