Heritage Power LLC (Announcement of Public Comment Period, and Combined Notice of Complete Application, Public Hearing and Issues Conference) The Applicant proposes to construct and operate a state-of-the-art, high efficiency, combined cycle electric generating facility located on County Route 1A, east of the City of Oswego, Town of Scriba, Oswego County.
Legislative hearing is scheduled for September 26, 2000 at 1:00pm and 7:00pm. All written comments must be postmarked no later than September 7, 2000. The Issues Conference is scheduled for October 3, 2000 at 12:00pm. Filings for party status must be received by 4:00pm on September 18, 2000.
Heritage Power LLC(Notice of Determination to Issue Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) Permit) The Applicant has applied for a Prevention of Significant Deterioration pre-construction permit and for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need under Article X of the NYS Public Service Law so that it may construct and operate a state-of-the-art, high efficiency, combined cycle electric generating facility located on County Route 1A, east of the City of Oswego, Town of Scriba, Oswego County.
