Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to construct a 700' long earthen berm 1.5' to 3' in height and a wier control structure in an existing drainage ditch to maintain water levels in a 24 acre wet meadow during waterfowl nesting and rearing periods. The project is in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service under the Wetland Reserve Program (WRP). In addition, up to 5 waterfowl potholes will be excavated. The site is located approximately four miles east of the Village of Theresa, 3800' west of Vrooman Hill Road and .75 miles north of Vrooman Creek Road (CR22).

 The applicant proposes to develop two wetland pothole complexes, at approximately 14,000 square feet in size in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Services through the Wetland Reserve Program (WRP) for waterfowl habitat improvement. The site is located approximately two miles south of the Village of Canton, 500' to 1000' south of Jingleville Road, one mile west of its intersection with Miner Street. The potholes would encroach into regulated Freshwater Wetland CT-14, a 79 acre shrub swamp. Potholes wouldbe located in a wet meadow portion of the site.

Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to construct two 5,000 square feet waterfowl wetland potholes with a 200' long level ditch connection in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service, Canton, NY. The site is located three miles southwest of the Village of Heuvelton, approximately 2000' west of the end of Wardell Road. The site encroaches into regulated Freshwater Wetland HV-4, a 1746 acre Class II mixed wooded and shrub wetland associated with the Oswegatchie River and Black Lake.

 The applicant proposes to excavate 12 waterfowl nesting and rearing potholes, impacting approximately 6.2 acres in a former agricultural drained wetland in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Agricultural Natural Resources Conservation Service, Canton, NY. The site is located approximately six (6) miles east of the Village of Gouverneur, 2000' south of Gates Road, 3000' east of the Gates Road/Chub Lake Road Intersection. The potholes would impact the Northwest corner of regulated Freshwater Wetland ED-5, a 43 acre Class II mixed shrub and wet meadow wetland.

 The applicant has applied for a modification to an existing permit to mine 36.4 acres of topsoil and clay on a 164.1 acre owned by the applicant, 300' west of Carey Road (County Road 42), 2000' south of the intersection of Carey Road and County Route 46 intersection, approximately 3.5 miles east of the Village of Massena. The modificiation is the addition of 17.1 acres to the southerly end of the permitted 36.4 acres. 8" of topsoil would be excavated. No clay would be removed.

The site is located 2 miles west of the Village of Potsdam, 1000' west of Wright Pond, 1.4 miles north of U.S. Rte. 11.
