SEQR:	Project is a Type I action and will not have a significant effect on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file and a coordinated review with other agencies has been performed.
SHPA:	A cultural resources survey has been completed. Based on information provided in the survey report, the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation has determined that the proposed activity will have no impact on registered or eligible archeological sites or historic structures. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.

Project Description:
Applicant proposes to restore wetland habitat on 3 areas previously diked, and drained for agricultural purposes within the 100 ft. adjacent area of NYS Freshwater Wetland SA-15(I), and SA-16(III). Also a 5ft. by 750 ft. wooden boardwalk is proposed extending through FWW SA-15(I) to the shoreline of Crusoe Lake as part of a handicapped accessible hiking/nature trail system. The project is on state owned land and is part of the Northern Montezuma Wildlife Management Area - Colvin Site. It is located east and west of Rt. 89 1.75 miles north of Savannah, Wayne County.
