Region 5 - The Department of Environmental Conservation has determined that the Registry of Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Sites in New York State needs to be amended to delete Site #516002, known as the Old Ticonderoga Landfill Site. This site is located in the Town of Ticonderoga in the County of Essex and is located at Lower Lead Hill Road. The reason for deletion is:

Negative Declaration

Clinton/Essex County - The Village of Keeseville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Keeseville Drinking Water Up-grade Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves improvements that include filtration of the public water supply, improvements in storage, transmission and distribution in order to comply with the Safe Drinking Water Act regulations for ground water sources. The project is located in the Towns of Chesterfield and AuSable Frontage Road, Keeseville.
