Albany County - The City of Albany Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Washington Avenue Campus Professional Office Park will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of a professional office complex on an approximately 19-acre site. The project will be completed in phases, commencing with construction of a 180,000 sq. ft., 3 1/2 story office building for use as the headquarters of CDPHP. The project is located at the Harriman State Office Complex on Washington Avenue.

Delaware County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Site Preparation - Delaware RA#4, Stand A-13; and Delaware RA#5 Stands B-37, B-39 and C-9 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves applying an herbicide to reduce ferns, beech and undesirable low valued tree species to allow the natural regeneration of desired tree species such as red oak. The action is to take place on one site totaling 70 acres that are presently occupied by hardwoods. Impact on public health is minimal. Personnel will be equipped with safety equipment. Also, Following label instructions for the application will minimize risk. The project is located approximately six miles south of Masonville, Town of Deposit.

Otsego County - The Town of Hartwick Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Cooperstown Holiday Inn Express will not have a significant adverse environmental impact provided specific conditions are met. There will be a 30 day public comment commencing with the date of this notice. The action involves construction of a 75 unit, 38,000 square foot business hotel on a 19,000 foot footprint, plus parking lot and driveway, on a ten acre parcel. The building, parking lot and driveway will comprise approximately 1.3 total acres. The facility requires the construction of an on-site wastewater disposal system consisting of septic tank, dosing chambers and leachfield system. The project is located at Route 28N and Beisler Gravel Road in the Town of Hartwick, New York.

Rensselaer County - The Rensselaer County Industrial Development Agency, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Mill Creek Commerce Park Concept Plan and Generic Environmental Impact Statement may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a draft EIS must be prepared. The action involves the creation of a planning study to examine the full build-out of aproximately 460 acres of land directly west of I-90 exit 9 under its current zoning. The study provides for planning the extension of water and sewer infrastructure into the area as well as circulation of traffic. Implications of the development of the subject lands will also be examined. The project is located on Temple Lane, Third Avenue Ext., and Red Mill Road, East Greenbush.

Albany County - The City of Albany Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a draft and final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Mercer Inn Towne Assoc./Barbara Higbee. The action involves the construction of a 25 story, 250,000 sq. ft. mixed use building to include a hotel, restaurant, office and luxury apartments. The project is located at 320 Broadway. Broadway, Pruyn Street, Liberty Street and Hamilton Street bound the site.

Greene County - The Town of Windham, as lead agency, has accepted a final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed New Sewage Treatment Infrastructure Facilities Program for the Town of Windham. The action involves the design and construction of a municipal sewage system consisting of a 247,000 gpd (maximum) wastewater treatment plant and approximately 15 miles of collection lines. The proposed wastewater treatment plant will be located on property in the Town of Windham off of County Route 12 (South Street).
