Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to return a presently impounded 25 acre marsh to its pre-existing natural condition by reinstating tidal flow. A 12" failed culvert will be replaced with two 36" culverts with headwall and self regulating tide gates. The structure will prevent flooding to low lying areas while increasing salinity to the wetlands. The project is located in the vicinity of 207 Centre Island Rd., Centre Island, Nassau County.

Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to install two 6" by 4" diameter public supply wells each with a capacity of 50 gpm. The proposed wells will have a maximum depth of 70 feet and will be screened in the upper glacial aquifer. this well field will be used to upgrade and augment the capacity of the areas existing SCWA and Greenport facilities. Project Description:
 The Department has drafted a permit pursuant to Article 19 (Air Pollution Control) of the New York state Environmental Conservation Law (ECL) and Title V of the Federal Clean Air Act Amendments and made a tentative determination to approve this permit for the applicant's existing facility. The sources subject to the Title V requirements consist of four (4) number 6 oil fired boilers rated at 10mmBtu/hr each, and one (1) cogeneration plant having a single diesel cycyle dual fuel (diesel and natural gas) engine with heat input of 5 mmBtu/hr. The facility also operates an ethylene oxide sterilizer. The draft permit, application, supporting materials and regulations are available for review at the Region 1 Office. Comments of support or objection may be made by filing a written statement by the deadline date. DEC may schedule a hearing based upon an evaluation of the nature and scope of any written objections raised. In accordance with 6NYCRR Parts 621.6(d)(9) and 201-6.1(c), the Administrator of the USEPA has the authority to bar issuance of a Title V facility permit if it is determined not to be in compliance with applicable requirements of the Clean Air Act or 6NYCRR PArt 201. The facility name is Southampton Hospital and its location is 240 Meetinghouse Lane, Southampton, Suffolk Couty.
