Eastman Kodak Company seeks renewal and modification of its Air Pollution Control permit for Emission Point 218-1 located in the Town of Greece, Monroe County.

A legislative hearing will be held on August 28, 2000 at 7:00pm. The Issues Conference will be held on August 29, 2000 at 10:00am. Filings for party status must be received no later than 3:00pm on August 23, 2000.
