Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to install 50 linear feet of vinyl bulkhead 8 feet seaward of the existing bulkhead and boat slip, remove and replace 30 linear feet of bulkhead, with the new 80 feet of bulkhead forming a straight line with the neighboring bulkheads. Dredge a 10 foot 80 foot area to 4 feet below apparent low water with resultant 25 cubic yards of dredged material to be added to 75 cubic yards of clean upland fill for backfilling the new bulkhead. Approximately 460 square feet of shoals, mudflats and littoral zone will be lost. The project is located at 34 Jetmore Place, Town of Oyster Bay, Nassau County.
