New Notices for ENB Issue of July 19, 2000: 2

Supplemental Notice - Palumbo Block Company proposes the surface mining of unconsolidated sand and gravel at a site located on the east side of NYS Route 22 approximately 1 mile north of White House Road in the Town of Ancram, Columbia County.

Any comments regarding the new information provided may be submitted on or before August 10, 2000.

United States Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 2-2, Inc. has requested a hearing process to contest the Department Staff's notice of intent to revoke their two permits. Permittee operates and maintains a building, docks and ramps on land owned by the NYSDEC for flood control in the flood relief channel of Cayuga Inlet, Ithaca, New York.

A legislative hearing will be held on August 22, 2000 at 7:00pm. An Issues Conference will be held on August 23, 2000 at 10:00am. Filings for Party Status muste be received no later than 3:00pm on August 15, 2000.
