Orange County - The Town of Montgomery Planning Board, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Greenwalt Development Home Depot Warehouse and Distribution Center will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 761,000 square foot warehouse/distribution center containing a 15,000 square foot internal office plus a parking area for 291 truck trailers and 177 automobiles. The project is located on County Road 99 adjacent to I-84 to the north and Consolidated Railroad line to the east.

|Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS and Public Hearing|
Sullivan County - The Mamakating Town Board, as lead agency has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Adoption of Comprehensive Plan and Zoning. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on July 18, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 3170 Route 209, Wurtsboro, New York. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until August 11, 2000. The action involves the proposed adoption of a comprehensive plan, zoning amendments and a zoning map for the Town of Mamakating. The project is located in the Town of Mamakating, New York.

Westchester County - The City of Yonkers, as lead agency has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Yonkers Comprehensive Plan and Revisions to the Yonkers Zoning Ordinance. The action involves the adoption of a new Comprehensive Plan for the City of Yonkers and revisions to the Zoning Ordinance based upon policies and findings from the Comprehensive Plan. The project is located in the City of Yonkers, New York.
