Project Description:
 The project consists of a new mining application to excavate material below the A & B Soil Horizon, a fine sandy loam, and the sand and gravel below the loam from a 9.1 acre parcel of a 131.2 acre parcel owned by Myron and Cheryl Pike, 206 Bouck Road, Ogdensburg, NY, 13669. The sand and gravel will be removed from below the watertable. Screening of that material may occur in the future. The final reclamation will connect the new pond to the existing pond.
