Project Title: Clarke & Jane Gage
Project description: The project involves the construction of a 20 foot by 12 foot boathouse immediately adjacent to but not involving a scrub-shrub fringe wetland associated with the project site's Cranberry Lake shoreline. The wooden boathouse will be constructed on concrete piers and have a platform cantilevered over the wetland from which a removable ramp will drop down to the lake. The ramp will bridge the wetland. No portion of the structure will be in the wetland. The boathouse will house only "car-top," portable boats; none on trailers.
St. Lawrence County - The Village of Massena, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Pump Station No. 4 & Sewer Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the upgrade of force main, gravity sewer, and manholes and installation of a new above-ground pump station. The project is located South Main Street, Massena, New York.
