The Environmental Justice Advisory Group, established by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, will be holding the last of four public meetings throughout New York State to solicit comments on environmental justice issues affecting the people of the State of New York. Pursuant to ECL Article 3-0306.4, Article 8-0113.2(I) and Article 70 the Department of Environmental Conservation hereby gives notice of the following: Amendments to 6 NYCRR Parts 617 Sections 617.2(o), 617.12(b)(6) and 617.12(c)(1); 621.1(h); and 624.2(o) have been adopted, and will be effective on July 11, 2000. These rules cover a change of mailing address for the Environmental Notice Bulletin (ENB); notification to the public of the change in availability of the ENB from a paper format to posting on the department's Internet site; and updating the name of the department's Division of Environmental Permits.
