Project Description:
 The Town of Hamlin proposes to create the North Hamlin, Martin, and Ketchum Road Water District to take for use therein a supply of water estimated to average 42,000 gallons per day from the Monroe County Water Authority's Lake Ontario source located in the Village of Brockport. The project includes the installation of 17,500 linear feet of 8-inch water main and appurtenances to serve approximately 140 parcels along the roads for which the district is named. A draft permit is available for review and comment at the regional NYSDEC office.

Project Description:
 The applicant requires Water Quality Certification from New York State in order to receive a permit from the US Army Corps of Engineers to fill 4.68 acres of federal wetlands. The fill is needed to construct new warehouses at a Build Now New York center. The applicant proposes to replace the wetland values that will be lost at the Montezuma Wetlands Complex.The site is located west of County Road 8 in the Town of Farmington.

 THE TOWN OF LYONS HAS SUBMITTED A WATER SUPPLY APPLICATION TO TAKE UP TO 29,200 GALLONS PER DAY FROM THE VILLAGE OF LYONS TREATED SOURCE OF SUPPLY CONSISTING OF WELLS AND THE JUNIUS PONDS SOURCE. THE SERVICE AREA IS ALONG THE OLD LYONS-NEWARK ROAD BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF LYONS AND THE TOWN OF ARCADIA. THE LINE HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED THEREFORE AN ARCHEOLOGICAL SURVEY WILL NOT BE UNDERTAKEN. AT A LATER DATE IT IS EXPECTED THAT THE TOWN OF ARCADIA WILL SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO TAKE WATER FROM THIS DISTRICT TO SERVE THE GREEN MEADOWS MOBILE HOME PARK.
