Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct two metal storage buildings (70'x80' and 70'x110') on concrete slabs within the buffer of wetland BR-25 (Class II). The proposed site is the Curtis Lumber-Perth Yard located at 3883 Route 30 North, near the intersection with Kettle Road, in the Town of Mayfield.
