Project Description:
 The applicant has applied for a permit to install 1,200 feet of 8 inch diameter gravity sewer line in, and adjacent to, a state regulated freshwater wetland, known as WF-3, Class III. The installation will result in a temporary disturbance of approximately 0,8 acres of land in a work corridor approximately 30 feet wide. After construction, native soils will be reused to encourage early restoration of the disturbed area. The sewer line would be located on west side of Losee Road and south side of Myers Corners Road, along the wetland boundary between them, in the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, NY.

Project Description:
 The Sullivan County Landfill is a municipal Solid Waste Landfill located on 260 acres of county owned land in the Village of Monticello, New York. The landfill is currently permitted to operate under 6NYCRR Part 360 (Permit #3-4846-00079/00002 SWMF 53503). The Standard Industrial Classification for this facility is 4953- Refuse Systems. The closed and capped areas were active between 1963 and 1994. Total design volume for this portion of landfill included approximately 2 million cubic yards. Cells 1 through 3 are expected to be at design capacity August 2000. Cells 4 and 5 are expected to begin receiving waste in August 2000. The Phase I expansion includes a design overfill of Cells 1through 5 with a design capacity of an additional 0.695 million cubic yards. The facility has commenced construction,reconstruction or modification or began accepting waste on or after May 30, 1991 and is subject to Federal New Source Performance Standard 40CFR Part 60 Subpart WWW. The facilities design capacity is greater than 2.5 million cubic meters and is therefore subject to Title V Air Facility permitting. In accordance with 6NYCRR Parts 621.5(d)(9) and 201.6.4(c) the Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency has the authority to bar issuance of any Title V Facility Permit if it is determined not to be in compliance with the applicable requirements of the Clean Air Act of 6NYCRR Part 201. The Application and Draft Permit are available for review at the Regional Office of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.

 This is a Draft Title V permit for an existing facility operating in three (3) buildings located at 888 South Columbus Avenue, 29 Edison Avenue and 712 South Third Avenue, all in the City of Mount Vernon, N.Y. The facility operates numerous processes throughout the three (3) buildings such as gold, nickel plating and cleaning processes all associated with the manufacturing of metal parts for the electronics industry. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this facility is 3341. The facility also operates six (6) Trichloroethylene (CAS 00079-1-6) solvent cleaning machines subject to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Halogenated Solvent Cleaning, 40CFR 63 Subpart T (NESHAP).The facility is also subject to 40CFR82-F and 6NYCRR Parts 200, 201, 202,211,215,217, 219 and 226.
