The Environmental Justice Advisory Group, established by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, will be holding the last of four public meetings throughout New York State to solicit comments on environmental justice issues affecting the people of the State of New York. |Notice of Acceptance of a Draft EIS and Public Hearing|
Columbia County - The Town of Kinderhook Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Kinderhook will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. A public hearing will be held on June 29, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. at the Niverville Fire Station, Main Street, Niverville, New York. The action involves a Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Kinderhook which will provide the basis for developing and implementing its land use regulations and which will serve as a long range guide for the growth and development of the community. The project is located in the Town of Kinderhook.
