Negative Declaration

Suffolk County - The Planning Board of the Town of Brookhaven, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed East Coast Storage will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves a proposed four one-story mini-storage buildings and one three-story mini-storage building with managers aprartment and standard site improvements. The project is located on the northeast corner of Mark Tree Road and Route 347, Town of Brookhaven.

Suffolk County - The Planning Board of the Town of Brookhaven, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Family Entertainment park (amended) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves an amended previously approved site plan to include a 4,000 sq. ft. addition to existing main building, proposed accessory buildings, and site modifications including re-grading of golf driving range area. The project is located on the east side of Route 112, south of Granny Road, Town of Brookhaven.

Notice of Acceptance of a Final EIS

Nassau County - The Town of Oyster Bay, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Mall at Oyster Bay. The action involves the construction of an 860,000 sq. ft. shopping center (reduced from 960,000 sq. ft.) with two anchor stores (reduced from three) with a three-level (two supported and one grade level) parking structure (reduced from four) on a 38.98 acre site. The project is located on the northeast corner of Robbins Lane and Miller Place, (North Service Road), Syosset, Town of Oyster Bay.
