Niagara County - The Town of Somerset, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Town of Somerset Code Revisions and Rezoning will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the code revisions amending the existing industrial district and the article for "Off street parking and loading requirements". The revisions will also create a new general industrial district and a new planned unit development district. The amendment also includes a new section on the Site Plan review process. The final part of this Action is the rezoning of the AES Somerset Station properties north of Lake Road to the Planned Unit Development District. The project is located in the Town of Somerset.

Erie County - The New York Office of Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation, as lead agency has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Master Plan for Darwin D. Martin House Complex. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on June 21, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. at the Children's Resources Center, Charles R. Drew Science Magnet School, 300 Parkside Avenue, Buffalo, New York. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until July 12, 2000. The action involves the adoption of a Master Plan for Darwin D. Martin House Complex and establishment of the Darwin D. Martin House State Historic Site upon completion of restoration. The project is located at Jewett Parkway and Summit Avenue, Buffalo, New York.
