Negative Declaration

Delaware County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed acquisition of land and construction of a New Bus Garage for the Stamford Central School District, SED Project No. 12-17-01-04-5-004-001, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the purchase of 2.3 acres of land and 6,680 square feet of new construction. The project is located on U.S. Route 10 in the Town of Harpersfield.

Schoharie County - The State University Construction Fund, as lead agency has determined that the proposed SUCF Project No. 24163 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a daycare center. The project is located on the existing campus of State University College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill, located in the Town of Cobleskill, New York.

Positive Declaration

Ostego County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed land acquisition for the Athletic Fields Expansion - Site B in the Edmeston Central School District, SED Project No. 47-05-01-04-0-001-007, may have a significant environmental impact and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the purchase of 10 acres of land, located on Miller Road (Tax Parcel No. 108-1-11) in the Town of Edmeston.

Notice of Acceptance of Supplemental Final EIS

Columbia County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, as lead agency has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed B-3 limited Partnership (Energy Answers Corporation) and B-3 Solid Waste Transfer Station. The action involves a proposal to increase the amount of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and Construction and Demolition Debris, C & D, to be processed at the B-3 Solid Waste Transfer Station. Proposed increase is from a total of 350 tons per day to 520 tons per day. The solid waste transfer station is located just north of Exit B-3 of the New York State thruway in the Town of Canaan.
