Project Description:

Project Description:
The Department has prepared a draft permit in response to an application to discharge up to 8,400 gallons per day of wasterwater effluent from an existing septic tank and sand filter treatment system. The discharge will be to an unnamed tributary of the Mohawk River located approximately .5 miles west of Route 146. The draft permit is available for review at the Region 5 Warrensburg office.
