The Environmental Justice Advisory Group, established by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, will be holding four public meetings throughout New York State to solicit comments on environmental justice issues affecting the people of the State of New York. Kings County (Brooklyn) - The New York City Board of Standards and Appeals, as lead agency has determined that the proposed application for a BSA use variance pursuant to Z.R. subsection 72021 in an M2-1 zoning district will not have a significant adverse environmental impact provided specific conditions are met. There will be a 30 day public comment commencing with the date of this notice. The action involves the construction of five attached residential buildings on five contiguous lots for an overall total of 29 dwelling units. The project is located 760/768 Kent Avenue, Block 2260, Lot 26.
