Project Description:
 The Department has received an application for an existing facility and has drafted an Article 19 (Air Pollution Control) of the Environmental Conservation Law, an Air State Facility Permit for the facility located at the Utica Terminal, 37 Wurz Ave., Utica, NY 13503, which is a petroleum bulk storage terminal for Emissions Units 1-RACK1 and 1-TANKS. This permit includes Federally enforceable conditions to limit Volatile Organic Compounds and Hazardous Air Pollutants. All of the "cap" emissions are to be considered to be below the applicable threshold levels set forth in 6 NYCRR 201-7.2 and Federal Requirements 40 CFR 63, Subpart R. The draft permit, with conditions, is available for review in the Region 6 NYS DEC Office in Watertown, NY.

Project Description:
 The Department has drafted an initial permit pursuant to Article 19 (Air Pollution Control) of the Environmental Conservation Law and Title V of the Federal Clean Air Act Amendments for the existing facility located at Grove Street, Boonville, NY 13309, which produces wood household furniture. The facility consists of Emissions Units S-10101, S-10103, S-10104 and S-10105. The emissions associated with the above referenced units are Volatile Organic Compounds, Particulates, Hazardous Air Pollutants, and Sulfur Dioxide. In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 621.5 (d)(9) and 201-6.4(c), the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) has the authority to bar issuance of any Title V Facility Permit if it is determined not to be in compliance with applicable requirements of the Clean Air Act or 6 NYCRR Part 201. After the public comment period, the USEPA will be provided a proposed permit and will have an additional 45 day period for review. If USEPA does not raise any objections, the Department will issue the permit. The application and Draft Title V Facility permit are available in the Region 6, NYS DEC Office in Watertown, NY.

Project Description:
 Applicant proposes to divert electroplating outfall from Village STP to an onsite surface discharge leading to West Branch of Fish Creek. Daily average flow is 5200GPD, max of 20,000GPD. Site is located at 29 Harden Blvd, V. Camden. This facility is the only industrial discharge to STP, and its elimination would negate need for village pretreatment program. The Department has tentatively determined a permit modification may be issued. A draft permit is available for inspection upon request.
