Project Description:
 The Department has drafted an initial permit pursuant to Article 19 (Air Pollution Control) of the Environmental Conservation Law, an Air State Facility Permit at the existing facility located at Route 12, Boonville, NY 13309, which manufactures crushed limestone and paving mixtures for Emission Units 1-PLANT, 2-STONE and 3-GENST. This permit includes federally enforceable conditions to limit Oxides of Nitrogen, Volatile Organic Compounds, Hazardous Air Pollutants, Particulates, Carbon Monoxide, and Heavy Metals and are considered to "cap" emissions below the applicable threshold level set forth in 6 NYCRR Parts 201, 211, and 212. The Draft Permit, with conditions, is available for review in the Region 6 NYS DEC Office in Watertown, NY.
