Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The Dormitory Authority - State of New York, as lead agency has determined that the proposed issuance by the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York of approximately $47,220,000 in 30 year tax-exempt, fixed rate Series 2000 University of Rochester revenue bonds will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves The University of Rochester requesting financing from the Dormitory Authority for thirty-year tax-exempt fixed-rate bonds not to exceed $48,000,000. Proceeds of the bonds will be used for expansions to the Medical Research Bldg. and Schlegel Hall, the upgrading of the Central Utilities Plant chiller system, along with the renovations and deferred maintenance of various buildings. The project is located at the University of Rochester, 210 Chrittenden Blvd., Rochester, New York.

Monroe County - The Monroe County Department of Parks, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Seneca Park Zoo - Deck Construction will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of a 2,400 sf deck as an addition to the Eagle's Landing Café. The project is located at the Seneca Park Zoo, 2222 St. Paul Blvd., Rochester, New York 14621.

Monroe County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed land acquisition for the Fairport High School in the Fairport Central School District, SED Project No. 26-13-01-06-0-007-012, may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the purchase of 16 acres of land adjacent to existing property. The project is located at 1358 Ayrault Road in the Village of Fairport, Town of Perinten.

Monroe County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed new construction of the ISC Administration Building for the Fairport Central School District, SED Project No. 26-13-01-06-1-022-001, may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves 9,000 square feet of new construction on existing property. The project is located on High Street Extension in the Village of Fairport, Town of Perinten.

Recision of Negative Declaration and Issuance of Positive Declaration and Notice of Acceptance of Daft EIS

Livingston County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft EIS on the proposed land acquisition and addition/alterations to the Middle School in the Dansville Central School District, SED Project No. 24-10-01-06-0-004-008. Comments are requested on the Draft EIS and will be accepted by the contact person until June 23, 2000. The action involves the purchase of 1.5 acres of land adjacent to existing property and 25,000 square feet of new additions. The project is located on Clara Barton Street in the Village of Dansville.

Revised Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS

Yates County - Yates County, as lead agency has accepted a Draft EIS on the proposed Yates County Court and Office Expansion and Renovation Project. The action involves a proposal to develop a new County Courthouse, County Office Building additions, new Building and Grounds building and parking for approximately 155 vehicles. The development will include the current 2.6± acre County Campus along with six adjacent parcels, bringing the total development to about 5.3 acres. All existing structures on the six other parcels will be removed, as will portions of the current County Campus buildings. The original comment period was scheduled to end on June 5, 2000. This comment period has now been extended, and comments are requested and will be accepted by the contact person until June 24, 2000. A public hearing on the Draft EIS was held on May 25, 2000. The project is located Yates County, County Office Building and Courthouse Campus, 110 Court Street, Penn Yan, New York.
