Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to install a water ski slalom course near the west shore of Sacandaga Lake just to the north of the end of Fish Mountain/Lake Road in the Town of Lake Pleasant, Hamilton County. The course will be used by the applicant for recreational purposes and the turn buoys will be submerged when the course is not in use. The course will occupy an area 155 feet wide by 850 feet long and is approximately 100 feet offshore from land owned by New York state. Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to reconstruct the existing dam at the northeasterly end of Outlet Bay on Raquette Lake in the Towns of Arietta and Long Lake in Hamilton County. The impoundment structure will be approximately 110 feet long and no more than 5 feet high. It will be of a rock-filled timber crib design with wooden planking on the upstream side. The structure will have a fixed spillcrest elevation of 1759.5 feet above mean sea level which is designed to maintain a historic lake level of approximately 1762 feet above MSL. The structure falls below the jurisdictional threshold for a regulated dam, but is subject to permiit jurisdiction under Article 15 of the Environmental Conservation Law. The application can be reviewed by making an appointment with the contact person.

Project Description:
 Permit is requested to operate a recyclables handling & recovery facility and construction & demolition debris transfer facility at the applicant's existing registered facility. The present operation is authorized to accept up to 240 cubic yards/day (CYD) old newsprint and old corrugated cardboard, 480 CYD source-separated recyclables (glass, plastic, metal), and 300 CYD uncontaminated construction material. The facility proposes to accept for processing and transfer: 200 tons/day (TPD) of construction & demolition debris, 75 TPD old newsprint and old corrugated cardboard, and 50 TPD of plastic, glass and metal containers. The facility is located at 1927 Route 9 (east side), approximately 1/4 mile south of Ushers Road.

Project Description:
 Proposed installation of two roadway crossings on NYS Canal property, associated with construction of Phase 6 of the Riverbend residential development. One roadway would cross a stream containing a narrow portion of Freshwater Wetland # T-5 (class II). The project is associated with the granting of a lease or easement by NYS Canal Corp to allow the Riverbend developer to cross Canal property. The site is located at the end of Mallards Landing Road, between the Mohawk River and Fonda Road, Town of Waterford.
