Chautauqua County - The State Education Department, as lead agency has determined that the proposed land acquisition and construction of a New Bus Garage and Plant Operations Storage in the Jamestown City School District, SED Project No. 06-17-00-01-5-021-001, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves 35,000 square feet of new construction. Two sites are being considered for land acquisition and development. The two locations being considered for this project are the Allen Street Site and the Harrison Street Site both in the City of Jamestown.

The action involves demolition of existing buildings, acquisition of 12.4 acres of land, the construction of buildings aggregating 730,000 square feet of space, related site improvements and the acquisition and installation of machinery and equipment all to be used for manufacturing and related purposes. The project is located on River Road, Tonawanda, New York.

The action involves the buildout of existing Home Depot Plaza with three new retail stores, one restaurant, consisting of 32.277 gross square feet. Site work includes minor modifications to existing plaza, including paving and additional parking at proposed retail stores/restaurant. The project is located in the Town of Lockport, New York.
