The action involves the Town of Denmark Zoning Law Amendment to define industry and light industry and establish regulations for light industry, and allow Special Permit in AR-1, AR-2, ALR-3,AR-4, and H-1 Districts. The law comprehensively revises the Zoning District Uses Charts to allow most commercial and light industry uses in most zones by Special Permit.
