Negative Declaration

Columbia County - The State Education Department, as lead agency has determined that the Chatham Central School District, SED Project No. 10-10-01-04-4-007-005, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves alterations to the bus garage. The project is located at Woodbridge Avenue, Chatham, New York 12037.

Columbia County - The Village of Philmont, as lead agency has determined that the acquisition of a sewage water treatment plant from Philmont Sewer Authority and refinancing the loan on the facility, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Village of Philmont acquiring the sewage water treatment plant from the Philmont Sewer Authority and refinancing the existing loan on the facility at a lower rate. The project is located off Route 217, in the Town of Claverack, New York.
