Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to skim gravel from three separate gravel bars (400 lineal feet, 200 lineal feet and 150 lineal feet) along East Otto Creek. A portion of the gravel will be used to reshape two 100 ft. sections and one 200 ft. section of eroding stream bank at the same location; the remainder will be used by the Town of East Otto Highway Department. The project is located along an approximate 800 ft. section of East Otto Creek, off East Flats Road, approximately 2,000 feet west of the intersection of East Flats and Bowen Roads.

Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to clear, grub, grade and place rock riprap along approximately 370 linear feet of the south bank of Cayuga Creek to protect Zurbrick Road from erosion. The north bank will be cut back approximately 25 feet to provide adequate channel capacity. Suitable excavated material will be used as backfill; remaining material will be disposed of at an upland location. The project is located north of Zurbrick Road between Transit and Borden Roads.
