Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling, driveway, and 50 feet of new bulkheading along the eastern shoreline, and dredge a 1000 square foot area of tidal wetlands known as littoral zone and intertidal marsh. The applicant is requesting a 50 foot variance to the required 75 foot setback from the wetlands. The applicant proposes to remove debris, regrade and install plantings to enhance the site.
