Monroe County - The Town of Penfield Town Board, as lead agency has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Penfield Four Corners Plan. The action involves adoption by the Penfield Town Board of a Four Corners Plan to amend the plan contained in the 1990 Town of Penfield Comprehensive Plan. The new Plan identifies generic recommendations for access management, building design, preservation of historic character, organizational format, public safety improvements, passive recreational opportunities and parking coordination, among others. The project covers approximately a 2400 foot radius around the intersection of Penfield Road (NYS Rte. 441) and Five Mile Line Road, Town of Penfield.
