Negative Declaration

Albany County - The Board of Trustees, Village of Colonie, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Sand Creek Road Water line will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of approximately 2,100 LF of 12" water main and appurtenances. The project is located on Sand Creek and South Family Road between Shaker Run Apartments and Christian Brothers Academy.

Notice of Positive Declaration and Acceptance of Draft EIS

Montgomery County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined the need for and accepted a Draft EIS on the proposed construction of a New Bus Garage for the Canajoharie Central School District, SED Project No. 27-03-01-04-4-015-001. Comments on the Draft EIS by any interested party are requested and may be submitted in writing to Facilities Planning, Room 1060 EBA, Albany, New York 12234. Comments must be received on or before May 19, 2000.

Schoharie County - The State Education Department, as lead agency has determined the need for and accepted a Draft EIS on the proposed land acquisition and construction of a new Bus Maintenance Facility for the Sharon Springs Central School District, SED Project No. 54-14-01-04-5-005-001. Comments are requested on the Draft EIS and will be accepted by the contact person until May 23, 2000. The action involves the purchase of 1.43 acres of land and 11,535 square feet of new construction. The project is located on Route 20 in Sharon Springs, New York.
