 THE APPLICANT IS PROPOSING TO REPLACE THE EXISTING BRIDGE LOCATED ON CR-23/MALONE-CHATEAUGAY ROAD THAT SPANS COLLINS BROOK WITH A NEW STRUCTURE. THE PROJECT INCLUDES REMOVAL OF THE OLD BRIDGE, CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW STRUCTURE, AND PLACEMENT OF AN ADDITIONAL 200 CU YDS OF STONE FILL FOR SCOUR PROTECTION. THE APPLICATION AND PLANS ARE AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW BY SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE CONTACT PERSON IDENTIFIED.

Project Description:
 The Department has prepared a draft permit in response to the applicants' application to modify the existing Article 19 Title V Facility Permit. The permit modification would allow the simultaneous operation of the auxiliary boiler with the combustion turbines at the applicants'South Glens Falls facility. Special conditions limiting emissions of PSD contaminants have been added to the existing permit to preclude the applicability of PSD regulations to this modifications. The draft permit is available at the Region 5 Warrensburg office by contacting Stephen Barlow, P.E. of the Division of Air Resources.
