Cayuga County - The Cayuga County Industrial Development Agency, as lead agency has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Aurelius Industrial Park ChipFab Project. The action involves the examination of the potential impacts of constructing one, two and three chipfabs on its 200-acre parcel on NYS Rts. 5 and 20, west of the City of Auburn.
