Project description and location: Regulated activity involving wetlands: Propose up to three winter drawdowns of Windover Pond of 4.5 feet to begin last week of September-October over the next eight years. Refill would begin on March 1, following drawdown, with a minimum flow of 15 to 30 cubic feet per minute maintained downstream on Baker Brook.
