Project Description:
 Construct and operate a new solid waste management facility that will include a transfer station, a construction and demolition (C&D) debris processing facility and a recyclables handling facility. The operating capacity of the overall facility will be 300 cubic yards/day. The facility would be located on the north side of State Route 149, approximately 2 miles west of the hamlet of Fort Ann.

Project Description:
 The Department has received a complete application and has developed a draft permit that consolidates existing emission point operating permits and establishes new facility wide emission caps of 97 tons per year for sulfur dioxide emissions and 97 tons per year for carbon monoxide emissions. The existing emission caps,recordkeeping and reporting requirements for other contaminates remain unchanged. The draft permit is available by contacting Michael Sundberg of the Division of Air Resources staff in the Warrensburg office.
