Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct a subdivision which will include the placement of fill in 0.97 acres of federally regulated wetlands, which includes 0.81 acres with 178 linear ft of stream impact (pre-existing) and 0.16 acres with 210 linear feet of stream impact. Wetlands have been avoided where possible, and proposed impacts are as a result of road construction. project includes deed restrictions to protect remaining wetland areas. the project is located off Elm Avenue in the Town of Bethlehem, Albany County.

Project Description:
The applicant has requested a modification of an existing permit to allow for the landspreading of septage waste on lands of James and Lynn Wellman, 133 Short Crumhorn Mt. Road, Town of Maryland. The current permit allows for the haulage of septage to the Sharon Springs Wastewater Treatment Plant and the storage of septage waste in storage lagoon at the landspreading location.
