The proposed modification is as follows:Addition of PCB monitoring at Outfalls 02A, 02B, 001, 003 and 005 based upon the data received from the Permittee as part of their permit requirements; tabularizing the permit limits for Outfalls 001, 003 and 005; incorporation of a special condition requiring the Permittee to designate & monitor seeps along Skaneateles Creek and submit the sampling & observational results to the Dept; and minor revisi revisions to the site diagram.

Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to excavate sand and gravel above the water table, from the surface unconsolidated mine and process on site from 45.6 leased acres of an 1190 acre parcel. The mine will be reclaimed for woodland which existed previously. The mine, known as the Vanderkamp Mine, is located on the south side of Roosevelt Road west of the intersection with Martin Road in the Town of Constantia.
