Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct improvements to the trail system at Lawson Lake, including the construction of a raised walkway along the east shore to a canoe access area through a portion of the adjacent area of freshwater wetland C-22, and a raised walkway over an unnamed tributary on the southern shore of the lake. The applicant proposes mitigation for the .25 acres of lost wetland, by removing a section of old pre-existing fill which separates two sections of wetland, to enhance the overall wetland benefit. A floating fishing pier will also be installed on the west shore and an elevated walkway and observation deck near the south parking area. the project is located at Camp Opportunities on Lawson Lake, Lawson Lake Road, in the Town of Coeymans, Albany County.

Project Description:
Theapplicant proposes to establish a Town of Princetown Water District, including the construction of a new 187,000 gpd well field on Route 7 near Kelly Station Road. The project integrates four separate water districts via four water supply applications: District 2A (WSA# 9853), District 2B (WSA #9854), District 2C (WSA #9855), and Extension #1 to District 2A (WSA #9913). The four proposes districts encompass an area from the Guilderland town line at Parkers Corners Road, to the Rotterdam town line at Giffords Church Road, to Route 7 at the Rotterdam town line, to Route 7 at Kelly Station Road. Also proposed is Extension #1 to District 2A to serve Route 7 to Pangburn Road. The applicant has also applied for a stream disturbance permit to cross the Normanskill and 11 intermittent streams with water mains. The project is located in the Town of Princetown, Schenectady County.
